The Privacy Call Receptionist is designed for the busy professional who needs a receptionist, but doesn't have one.

It has all of the features of the Privacy Call PLUS, including call forwarding and fax detection. It also includes the cutting-edge features of the Privacy Call ID Screener, including 'Invited' and 'Excluded' call lists.

For total freedom from your office or home, this model can also be programmed remotely, from any touch-tone phone in the world. Need to change a function or forwarding number? Just call your Receptionist and enter your personal PIN. You then have access to programming, as if you were there!

Features:

• Two Recordable Outgoing Messages - Record an outgoing message in your own voice to answer, and another to inform callers that their call is being forwarded (if call forwarding feature is in use)
• Caller ID Display** - Shows caller's ID, date and time
• Invited List - Your list of "Invited" callers that can ring your phone without interference
• Blocked List - Inbound calls identified as 000-000-0000, Private, Out of Area, Unavailable, Anonymous, Unknown Caller or no number displayed are not allowed to ring your phone without a code.
• Excluded List - Your list of "Excluded" callers that are ignored. Excluded callers cannot ring your phone or leave a message
• Four User-Defined Access Codes - Set up to four different access codes, from 1 - 6 digits each.
• Call Forwarding - Have your pre-screened calls forwarded to your cell phone or alternate location with simple programming. This follow-me function means you'll never miss another call or have to give out your cell phone number again*
• VoiceMail Compatible - Forward your calls to your VoiceMail, either on your cell phone or from your telephone service provider*
• Do Not Disturb Mode - Prevent your phone from ringing during certain hours, either on a one-time or reoccuring basis. Perfect for dinner, study or sleep time, or business phones after hours
• Fax Detection - Receive faxes on a single line without ever ringing your phone. Eliminate monthly fees associated with a dedicated fax line
• 900/976 Number Dialing Restriction - Prevents pay-per-call numbers from being dialed from your phone
• Standby Mode - Allows all incoming calls to pass through without pre-screening
• Privacy Mode - Stops unwanted callers from leaving a message if the correct code is not entered
• International Callback - Call in to your Privacy Call and, after entering your PIN, hang up and have the Privacy Call call you back with a local dial tone. Used by those with outbound dialing packages provided by the service provider.
• Remote Control - Change any function from any phone, anywhere in the world, using your personal PIN.
• PBX Compatible - Compatible as a Patch Switch on a PBX or KSU for internal routing
